Policy
Tuition and registration fee is due by the first lesson or class. Please make checks payable to “School of Creative Arts” or “SCA” and mail with registration forms to:

Please note there is a $25 fee for returned checks.
If a payment plan is needed you must request one from the SCA director, Nancy Gerber before classes or private lessons begin.
Your additional financial contributions to SCA are tax-deductible and help families with limited means take our classes.
Some financial aid is available. You may request a financial aid application by calling:

Discounts: You may take a $20 discount for each sibling who registers for a class. (This does not apply to Family Time, which has its own built-in discount).
You may also take a $10 discount for each student you refer to SCA who registers for a Kindermusik or Theatre class.
Reimbursement policy: Registration fees are non-refundable. Withdrawal before first class refunded 100%. Before second class refunded 75%. No refunds after the second class.
There are no make ups guaranteed for student absences from classes or private lessons. Teacher absences will be made up. In case of severe illness, please contact the SCA Director, Nancy Gerber
Class enrollments are limited, and are filled in order of registration receipt and will be filled based on teacher availability. Class schedule and calendar are subject to change.
The School of Creative Arts follows the official public school cancellation notices aired on Television and Radio for snow days and other school closures. Schedule and classes are subject to change.
